GREEN LEVEL
- Getting used to your skis (equipment information)
- Sliding down the slope with skis parallel
- Controlling speed (braking, snowploughing) / stopping
- Agility exercises on the slope (lifting a ski, crouching, small jumps)
- Changing direction on a turning snowplough
- Descending on a rotating snowplough
BLUE LEVEL
- Ride a ski lift safely (installation information, plate grip and release)
- Scissor and stair climbing
- Parallel ski crossing
- Snowplough turns (parallel ski crossing)
- Agility exercises while skiing
- Descending with snowplough turns
YELLOW LEVEL
- Drift sideways and stop
- Parallel turns on gentle slopes
- Turns with stem opening on steeper slopes
- Skiing on uneven terrain
- Descending with parallel turns on blue runs
ORANGE LEVEL
- Upstream turning pitch
- Introduction to jumps (balancing in the air)
- Stop turns (parallel skis)
- Parallel turns on steeper slopes
- Descending with parallel turns on red runs
RED LEVEL
- Short turns on blue runs
- Outside ski turns
- Turning step and skating step
- Switch V, Waltz
- Descending parallel bends with different radii
WHITE LEVEL
- Upstream turns cut on blue runs
- Short turns on red runs
- Parallel turns on all terrain
- Controlled group jumps with respect for the different phases
- Switch parallel skis on blue runs

BLACK LEVEL
- Skiing on a ski
- Completely cut turns

FANTASTIC WEEK LEVEL
